The fee includes

Registration for the race
Full board accommodation (6 nights). Does not include breakfast on Sunday, November 17th, or lunch on Saturday, November 23rd.
Travel assistance insurance.
Medical and nursing service.
Timing.
Transfer of geolocation device.
Liquid refreshments in the race.
Transport of suitcases between camps.
20 bottles of water of 1.5 liters outside the race (from November 19th to 22nd).

The fee don’t includes

• Transfers to Saudi Arabia.

• Transfer of the bicycle from home to Barcelona and return.

• Extras in hotel rooms.

• Bonus drinks.

• Mechanical assistance and physiotherapy.

Import registration exempt from VAT. For the issuance of an invoice, in accordance with the Current Tax Regulations (Law 37/1992. Art.69. One. 1º / Art.70. One. 7º c) the inscriptions to the race made by legal or professional persons, domiciled in the Spanish state, will be taxed with VAT, and as a consequence, 21% VAT must be added to the indicated price, which the company will have to pay us.

Registrations made by non-legal persons (in other words, individuals) are not subject to VAT, in accordance with the regulations mentioned above, so if we invoice each person registered in the race, they will be exempt from VAT.

GENERAL REGISTRATION

Early Bird rate: €1.395. The first 100 bibs.

1st rate: €1.595. From bib number 101.

Split payment option (early bird)*:

• First payment: €595 at the time of registration

• Second payment: €800 before 05/09/2024.

Split payment option (First rate)*:

• First payment: €1.150

• Second payment: €493€ before 05/09/2024.

*IMPORTANT. SPLIT PAYMENTS: The participant who does not respect the installment payment deadlines will have their registration automatically canceled applying the cancellation policy starting on July 6th 2024 at 00:00h.

CANCELLATION POLICY (included in the registration)

• Cancellations made before July 10^th 2024 at 11:00 am will have charges of 25% of total registration amount
• Any cancellation made after July 10th 2024 at 11:01 am will not be entitled to any type of refund for registration.

*IMPORTANT. SPLIT PAYMENTS: The participant who does not respect the installment payment deadlines will have their registration automatically canceled applying the cancellation policy starting on September 6th 2024 at 00:00h.

• The rest of the services offered by the organization, as assistances’ services or photographic pack, will have the right to a refund if the cancellation occurs before the closing of registrations. After October 15^th 2024 at 11:00 am they will not be entitled to any type of refund.
• The charter flight will not be entitled to any type of refund after its contracting (there is the possibility of hiring an exclusive cancellation guarantee for this product).
• Registrations are nominal, personal, and non-transferable. Change of name or postponement for later events is not accepted

*IMPORTANT. SPLIT PAYMENTS MADE AFTER 21/06/2024:

• Cancellations made before 06/09/2024 at 11:00h will be charged 70% of the total registration fee (Registration fee: 1.643€).
• Cancellations made after 06/09/2024 at 11:01h will not be entitled to any refund of the registration fee.

CANCELLATION WITH REFUND GUARANTEE – 140€ (OPTIONAL GUARANTEE)

• Cancellations made before September 1^st 2024 at 11:00 am will be free of charge and 100% of the registration fee paid so far will be refunded.
• Between September 1^st 2024 at 11:01 am and October 15^th 2024 at 11:00 am, cancellations will not be entitled to any type of refund. The name change will be allowed within this period by a non-registered participant.
• Any cancellation produced after October 15^th 2024 at 11:01 am will not be entitled to any type of refund or name change.

CHARTER FLIGHT REFUND GUARANTEE – 95€ (OPTIONAL GUARANTEE)

• For cancellations produced before September 1^st 2024 at 11:00 am, 100% of the amount of the charter flight will be refunded to the registered person.
• For cancellations produced from September 1^st 2024 at 11:01 am to October 15^th 2024 at 11:00 am, the participant will not be entitled to any type of financial refund. The change of name will be allowed within this term.
• For any cancellation produced after October 15^th 2024 at 11:01 am, the participant will not be entitled to any type of refund or change of name.
• No amount will be saved for subsequent events.

IMPORTANT: if you wish to engage this guarantee, it must be done at the time of hiring the charter flight service and cannot be engaged later.
