These are the race jerseys

11/11/2022

The NEOM Titan Desert Saudi Arabia has already revealed the jerseys that will be worn by the participants and the leaders of the men’s and women’s GCs, respectively.

Like all the Titan World Series race jerseys, they have been designed by the Murcian sportswear company Gobik. For this, they have used their CX Superlight jersey as a base.

The design deviates from that already designed by Gobik for the 2020 edition of the Titan Desert in Saudi Arabia and introduces a whole series of colour ranges around orange. These different ranges aim to show the typical colours of the desert and the sunset merging together. Warm colours that are very suitable for the race in NEOM.

As usual, Gobik has created these jerseys with a focus on sustainability and reuse. The circular use of materials, as well as the use of products for second uses are always the basis on which the Spanish company works.

Just as the participants’ jerseys were presented, so were the two leaders’ jerseys: the men’s GC jersey and the women’s GC jersey.

As has been customary in the two previous races that have been held this year of the Titan Desert (ŠKODA Titan Desert Morocco and ŠKODA Titan Desert Almería), the leader of the men’s general classification will wear red and the leader of the women’s general classification will wear blue.

The NEOM Titan Desert Saudi Arabia will feature the two defenders of the 2020 title: Josep Betalú and Silvia Roura. Both beat the rest of the competitors in 2020 in the Saudi desert and will be looking to repeat the feat in 2022.

They will not have it easy, both the women’s and men’s participation will be of a very high level and riders of the calibre of David Valero, Carlos Coloma and Muriel Bouhet have already confirmed their attendance at the race.
